Lip Enhancment
There are a variety of procedures - both temporary and permanent - that can give almost any woman fuller, richer, more sensuous lips.
Lips can be enlarged to enhance the other features of the face. Various methods of enlargement can be used.

SoftForm Implants - Softform has recently replaced another lip implant material, Gore-Tex, because it has been shown to produce better results with fewer complications. Softform implants do not shrink and are never absorbed into the body. It also remains in place because scar tissue forms on both ends.
Lip Roll - This is a permanent procedure whereby the upper and/or lower lips can be enlarged by making an incision behind the lip hidden in the fold and thus create a uniform fullness of the entire upper or lower lips.
Fat Injections - Fat is harvested from another area of the body - most often the abdomen or the thighs - and is purified before it is injected into the lips.
Paris Lip -The Paris Lip technique uses hyaluronic acid implants, the natural component of the skin. Just like your own hyaluronic acid, it is used to create the Paris Lip but will eventually wear down. The Paris Lip look can be maintained with re-treatments every three to six months as part of your regular beauty routine. If you want a more expressive look that highlights the shape of your lips, the Paris Lip technique may be for you. Lips present a special challenge, since the border diminishes over time. The Paris Lip defines the border to give a natural pout without lipstick. This technique does not include the "plumping out" of the red, fleshy part of the lip itself. The Paris Lip procedure is quick and may also be injected to smooth out areas around the mouth.
**Due to the Therapeutic Goods Administration regulations, we are unable to name the following treatments used for lip enhancement. Your doctor will be able to advise you on the best treatment method for your requirements.
A gel product can be used to create a more pronounced mouth and fuller lips. It is injected into the upper and/or lower lip. This is often combined with the marking of the vermilion border by injecting the gel along the lip line. Redefining this edge leads to a more youthful and appealing look. The philtrum ridges can be defined by injecting the gel into the lines.
A protein product can be injected into the lip with small needles. Because the body slowly absorbs this highly purified protein product, the results generally last between one and three months. The procedure may be repeated as needed.
An injectable implant can be injected under the skin with a fine needle as a soft filling. This procedure is quick, does not require a general anaesthetic, gives hardly any discomfort, and there is no recovery time. After the injection you can go home or back to work immediately.
This dermal filler is made from a highly purified form of hyaluronic acid that mimics the effects of natural hyaluronic acid. When injected just below the surface of the skin, it adds volume to the lips, as well as smoothing unwanted lines and wrinkles around the mouth.
Average Price Range: $500-$3000
