About Dr. Hertess

                                    

With over 18 years of surgical experience, Dr Hertess offers patients a unique female perspective dedicated to making goals a reality. After training in Melbourne and Brisbane she moved to Cairns in 1991 and now practices in Cairns and on the Gold Coast.

                                                                                                                   

Dr Isolde Hertess is skilled and proficient in all areas of cosmetic surgery including breast surgery, abdominal surgery, liposuction and facial surgery.

                                                                                                   

Dr Hertess also has expertise in all non-surgical treatments and offers patients rejuvenation for tired faces with the most advanced non-surgical injectable wrinkle treatments and skin care.

Training and Qualifications

                                         

Dr Hertess is a graduate of the University of Melbourne (1981) and underwent her internship and residency at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Melbourne. After two years at St. Vincent’s Hospital, she moved to Queensland and continued her surgical training at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane and Cairns Base Hospital.

                                                                                                                    

In 1993 Dr Hertess obtained her specialist qualification as a member of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in the division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
